This section applies specifically to the DOMIA mobile application (“App”) available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and supplements the Origen website privacy policy.

1. Data We Collect Through the App

In addition to the data described in our general privacy policy, the App may collect and process the following:

Used for user registration, login, and inviting family members.
Location data
Not collected.
Camera access
The camera is used to scan QR codes to bind the user’s home central control device.
Microphone access
The microphone is used to wake up the AI assistant and to have conversations with it.
Smart home device data
Not collected in the current version of the App.
Push notification tokens
Not used in the current version of the App.

4. Data Retention for App Data

After a user deletes their account, the relevant user information will be deleted immediately, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and may be used by or on behalf of children under the age of 13 under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at privacy@origen.ae and we will delete it promptly.
