These Terms of Use also govern your use of the DOMIA mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms in addition to any terms presented within the App itself.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users of all ages. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before using the App or providing any personal information. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the App.

2. App Permissions

The App may request access to the following device features in order to function:

Camera: Camera for QR code scanning.
Microphone: Microphone for voice wake-up, voice input, and chat.
Location: Not requested.
Notifications: Not requested in the current version.
Other: None.

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though doing so may limit certain App features.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at domia@origen.ae if you suspect unauthorized access.
